The textures sold at Nuna Jay Hair consists of:

Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Kinky Straight, Burmese Curly, Indian Wavy, Indian Curly and Cambodian Wavy.

The lengths sold at Nuna Jay Hair are 12" Inches through 30" Inches.

What are some tips and tricks you recommend for Hair Care?

The most important thing to keep in mind is to treat this hair as if it was your hair. Maintenance is critical and needed if you want to maximize your hair's potential. Washing the hair thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner when you first receive your hair will greatly improve it's longevity. This is also helpful if you are considering to dye the hair as well. Our recommendation for washing the hair and getting awesome results are using the following products : TRESemme` Shampoo and Silicon Conditioner. If you choose to use a different shampoo, make sure it does not contain ANY sulfate. For those who want to dye the hair, we recommend : L`oreal Hi-Color Highlights (Any Color), along with Shimmer Lights shampoo and Ion After-Color Sealer to lock in the color.

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted.

What about refunds?

There are no refunds. Once a purchase is completed, all sales are final.

How does Nuna Jay Hair handle shipping?

All completed purchases with clients within the United States will receive Free Express (Priority) Shipping on all orders. All purchases made internationally will be priced at the current Flat Rates according to major shipping providers such as DHL and FedEx.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost, misplaced and/or damaged products. All orders will have a Tracking Number if applicable to ensure you receive your order in a timely, proper manner.

How do I submit a Testimonial to appear on the website?
